Eiscafe Venezia in Laatzen

A nice ice cream parlor. The selection is large and it tastes great too. In addition to ice cream, there is also cake and tiramisu, and breakfast is also available. In autumn / winter there are also various freshly made waffles that taste great and really fill you up. I can definitely recommend the Venecia.

You can eat ice cream here very well. What bothers me a little is the volume that gets caught here. When it is full you have to struggle with the volume. But otherwise the staff is on their toes and brings the ice cream to the table relatively quickly. Due to Corona, the tables are now further apart. I like it better that way. Unfortunately no competition, which is why he can also determine the prices himself. I'm missing a little more objectivity.

Very unfriendly staff not even possible to pay by card during Corona times. The wrong one was brought 3 times because they weren't understood.

Nice service, but really rocked inventory (09/2020). Our ice cream (brittle cups and tartufo) not particularly tasty. Too bad. Risk of repetition only for Laufis.

Especially in times of Corona you should at least appear a bit more friendly and motivated as a staff. The ambience is poor, everything is a bit worn out. The ice cream is a matter of taste, I personally find the ice cream scoops delicious, the ice cream sundaes are too sweet for me. I don't have to go back there. Pity!

Today we went to eat ice cream with our little daughter. I'm glad my daughter didn't finish her ice cream because my husband and I later struggled with stomach cramps and vomiting. Unfortunately, it's a shame

Ice cream was okay in terms of taste, prices too. Staff looked completely demotivated and didn't speak to you except for a nice day. Ambience a bit in need of freshening up.

The ice cream tastes absolutely fine but the pricing is just beyond what we want to pay for ice cream. Furthermore, we were the last time more handled than how it should be common for a host. Now we stop visiting the Venezia.

Here in the Eiscafé Venezia, located in the Leine shopping center of Laatzen, you have a very large selection of delicious ice cream balls at the ice cream stand. But there are also sundaes in a variety of choices in the eatery, as well as other goodies such as various coffee variations and various cocoa. The service is always very nice and always polite and in a great atmosphere.
